I have massive respect for Kolisi and I have no issue with him candidly implying that the Boks didn't have full respect for this Welsh side. Frankly, why should they? Their bench has more caps than our 23! Respect is earned.

Aaron Wainwright and Rhys Davies have been good. Taine Plumtree has been anonymous, which is an improvement on last week. Kieran Asserati is, despite expectations, still alive at half time. The Boks haven't had a red card so won't be that angry at half-time. Finding the positives.

The prosecution are genuinely going to show this clip in court in a few years when they’re trying to demonstrate that World Rugby don’t give a shit about player safety.
That is the closest a decision has come to making me break the no ref chat policy in the full eight years doing this. The referee has a duty of care to these guys.
