I got a chance to Avatar Fire And Ash today. It was definitely a long one at three hours and 15 minutes, but it is paced really well, and I felt the story was much more engaging than the last one.

Overall, I think I’d give it a solid 4/5! Glad I saw it!

The anti-ai hate and witch-hunting is getting more out of control these days with little to no regards for those who may rely on it due to physical challenges or disabilities.

I wish more people would debate with compassion, rather than claim AI artists are not real. It’s dehumanizing and cruel. 😞

I might be in the minority on this, but I still need to speak.

I’ve always believed that the perfect world lies in the middle. There absolutely can exist a world in which both AI and artists can grow together.

I’m tired of seeing the vilification coming from both sides against each other.

Too long for one post. A bit of a read, but this explains my thoughts on it rather well.

Wasn’t the one small (albeit not justified) advantage to key cards were that they weren’t fully priced? On top of this game already not looking near $70 worthy, this is really a new low for Pokémon
Pokémon Pokopia is $69.99 on US eShop (and a key card title) www.nintendo.com/us/store/pro...

As I find myself using AI technology for both work and some very small personal projects, I’m consistently amazed at how powerful the technology itself is. I also sincerely hope that it can be properly balanced to support traditional artists with their endeavors. I sincerely want both to thrive.

So it’s my turn to join my talented peers in an overcrowded pool and say 🚨I am officially looking for short-term contract / freelance writing and narrative design work 🚨. I’ve got years of experience with branching narrative, dialogue writing, and quest design and much more.

My wand arrived not long ago. Hand carved by a master wandmaker. (Holwich Wand Co. on Etsy)

Absolutely in love with it. 10/10. 🪄

I’m still of the belief that there is a middle ground between supporting AI and also supporting traditional artists all at once. AI technology is supremely powerful, and can assist many artists today with things that were never possible before.

I finished Silent Hill F last night. It’s a solid entry in the franchise, even though I still find it peculiar that it’s a Silent Hill game that doesn’t take place in Silent Hill itself. I had some issues with the combat and inventory mechanics, but the rest was pretty good. I’d give it a 4/5. 🙂

It’s my hope that this change in leadership will lead to more consumer friendly practices at Nintendo, as I feel Nintendo has lost their way and indulged too much in greed.

Only time will tell I suppose.
Nintendo of America President Doug Bowser will retire on December 31, 2025

Devon Pritchard, currently the Executive Vice President of Revenue, Marketing & Consumer Experience, will become President of NoA effective January 1, 2026

At this point, unless a new Mystery Dungeon game drops (Explorers of Sky remake preferably), I’ve no interest in any new modern Pokémon games coming out right now. The anti-consumer moves I’ve seen around Legends ZA killed my interest completely, and I greatly fear what they will do to Gen 10.

Idk it feels like as if Pokemon as a franchise is slowly losing its direction that they used to be proud of, and I can't help but feel like that's the case.

Of course my love for Pokemon remains still, but personally I have doubts about the future of their mainline games.

Some other companies may have done the same thing with prerelease DLCs, but imo it just doesn't feel right with Pokemon.

Also the fact that they're forcing everyone to get Switch Online and play seasonal competitive for the Mega Stones is just absurd. Not everyone wants to be a competitive player.
