Jem is a fashion cartoon, and I believe its Costume Designer, Debra Pugh, deserves more credit for the thousands of costumes she designed over 3 seasons and 65 episodes, pulling extensively from fashion magazines, trade journals, and advertisements to tell characters’ stories through fashion.

Well I just did my first 10k in about 6 months, just over an hour 62mins. Pleased with that!

Just done my first sub 30 min 5k since I had to stop jogging just over 6 months ago. Managed to resume daily jogs at the very end of Jan. Hitting the 30 min goal today was mainly down to the random fellow jogger up ahead who I was keeping pace with. I felt I had to make a note of this somewhere!

I just want to know what I’m doing for once - so much of the time just feels like bluffing it out and hoping to get by. And it’s getting worse?! You’d think the longer you went on the more knowledge you’d accrue but it’s like I know less and less - my confidence and self esteem is on the floor 😞
