Trump will defy because “the courts can't enforce their own orders.”

“At the end of the day, they don't have soldiers. They don't have police. They do not have the mechanisms by which you enforce court orders, which sometimes involve throwing people who are disobeying court orders into jail.”
“When Donald Trump says something depraved, we should believe it, … because there is no limit to his moral depravity. … This is a war on due process. He wants … to dictate the fates of individuals, including American citizens, without … court[s].”
'War on due process': George Conway says there is 'no limit' to Trump’s 'moral depravity'

We must all stand as a united front against the kidnapping and illegal detention of Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador.

Senator, I am willing to join you and help Organize other members of the House to do the same. @vanhollen.senate.gov

The president is trying to break the Constitution and daring any part of the US government to act against him. Authoritarians often defy courts this way. *But in our case, Congress and the courts can still act.* No secret police or general would arrest them. Singly or in concert, they should act.
NEW: DOJ finally files its response. They continue to refuse to provide any information about any steps they are taking to bring him back, suggesting they are not taking any. They again offer nobody with personal knowledge and simply cite Bukele's (utterly false) claim that he can't do anything.

This deeply disappointing coming from you. It's laughably ignorant. What exactly do you expect the out of power party to do?! This impulse to blame Democrats in every circumstance must be studied.

No offense, Mark, but you have influence and power most of us don’t. Why don’t you speak up to those in DC you have connections with? Actions speak louder than words as you well know.
