WTF? Trump is now threatening the American people. He warned protesters to stay away from his birthday/military parade in D.C. this Saturday, claiming anyone who shows up to protest “hates our country” and will be met with “very heavy force.” This is authoritarian behavior, plain and simple.

Fascists want us to despair, so we should do things that decrease despair. Fascists want us divided, so we should embrace solidarity.
When those with most power to defend fascists' targets instead abandon them, we increase despair and decrease solidarity.

Kamala+ Tim ran a heroic campaign. She and their team gave it their all. There was truly nothing more that could be done. The blame is not with them. It is with 400 years of rot- of slavery, genocide, the long tail of a bitter Civil War that never really ended, and a deep hatred of women.
