But in the end I don't think either of us is right or wrong it's a matter of what suits each individual family

It's a 3 bedroom family home. 2 separate public areas are useful/needed as children grow up.
And some of us like cooking pungent dishes and shutting off the kitchen is desirable.

If it's clear that the physical powers are only to be used against property not people, then the provision simply does not belong in the bill. It really is that simple
