Someone else said these were used to object to Pelosi calling Trump a racist, parliamentarian said it was against the rules, and she wasn't permitted to speak the rest of the day. Nothing specific about the President in the rules, just general prohibition on "avoiding personality".

Technically, only Congress can declare war. But Presidents have found ways around that. That doesn't automatically operate to close airspace, though.

Hy-Vee doesn't have you check any boxes about underlying conditions. Since I'm under 65, they asked, and I told them. They could have looked at my prescriptions to verify what I said, but they seemed to just take my word for it. Here's the list:
