Iowa's former governor and his state trooper detail regularly went over the speed limit by large amounts, but another trooper that tried to blow the whistle was fired. I hope the TN cop is protected.

A ballroom has nothing to do with national security. It's entertainment. And, I've read about UK developers that tore down a historic pub, and a court ordered them to restore it. So, it's not necessarily moot, depending on the relief requested.
