Almost all those kanji are really, really easy to tell apart once you gain some familiarity with how kanji work? What's tricky is the difference between 二 and ニ, カ and 力, or 一 and ー.

To say “If we talk about why X, it is because Y.” you can use the following structure:

[question word (like なぜ、どうして、どこ etc)] + [result (in short, dictionary form)] + [(の）かというと] + [reason (in short, dictionary form)] + からだ。

To say “I don’t know why (…)” you can use the following structure:

[question word (like なぜ、どうして、どこ etc)] + [result (in short, dictionary form)] + [(の）か分からない]。

e.g.: どうしてあの人が僕のことが好きなのか分からない。
(I don’t know why that person likes me.)
