A lot of the new stuff they add in each ramp up seems to lack a statutory basis.
But with so many new bad things happening daily, it’s tough to isolate the excesses you can get at in a lawsuit.
And in time it takes, they’re already on to fresh horrors.

We refresh Congress every two years, but changing the composition of Congress doesn’t make a difference if the President gets to ignore laws, close agencies, and impound funds for four years with no public recourse.
