Was thinking I needed bread, and then 🤦♂️I can bake like 15 types of bread, some of them in less than an hour. So made a simple classic Irish soda bread and of course there will be #kerrygold butter spread on it.

To all the car furries in my life, I offer you this video. See the light! I lived in Victoria for 6 years car-free and it set the bar for what good living feels like. So much bicycling. So cheap and good-feeling. The key is it has to feel safe and fun. Not scary.
