I've read other novels by this author (狗血 to the max), and I knew 郑希 and 钱文青 were good (I started it purely for 钱世面 lol), but wow was this spicy 😳😳😳

I...wonder why is I prefer reading modern danmei over historical ones, but find historical a lot easier to translate...?
Is it because there's a formality baked into the speech patterns (at least with Golden Terrace) that narrows down the word choices and makes it easier to decide??
