Theatre producer, overthinker, and pop culture enthusiast. Can be found reading or being disappointed by sports. She/her. Views my own.
Anyway. Piastri is the only one I really feel sorry for. Lando's destiny continues to be in his own hands and the leadership and strategists are cowards who can't bear to commit to a decision.

Society has progressed past the need for Gary Neville's football takes. In what universe is slapping someone on the pitch okay?

Yep, McLaren will bottle the drivers championship.

Chambers singing Viva Las Vegas down the radio, a Lego livery next year, Susie Wolff's sparkly jacket... the main series wishes it had this much whimsy #F1Academy

#F1Academy finale time! I'm happy with either Maya or Doriane taking it but my gut says Doriane will do it.

So happy to see Sally's Baking Addiction recognised as one of the 🐐's of food blogs. The marshmallow hot cocoa surprise cookies were a hit for me last Christmas. open.substack.com/pub/embedded...

Kind of glad to not be at Old Trafford tonight, not just because of the rain but because I 100% would have burst into tears hearing Take Me Home, United Road at the first women's UCL game there.

Not sure this is an argument you can make when you have *this* lineup.

It feels like a lot of the (online) fanbase have lost all nuance and forgotten that a #F1 championship fight has its ebbs and flows. It's quite nice to go into the last three races not knowing how it'll wrap up (as long my behated driver loses)

Richarlison doing all of that only for United to get a last minute equaliser is very very funny, actually

Not a fan of how seemingly every WSL game gets shoved into the midday slot, especially when Google don't have live game data anymore to check scores and stats with.

Wonderful read. The grumpy journo quoted in it can take several seats though.
In Mexico, I asked Lewis Hamilton about what pet ownership taught him about himself. A simple question... but one with a LOT of baggage in the #F1 paddock.

This is your sign to ask your questions, no matter what others think.

I'm happy for Zohran as if he's my actual cousin, it feels weird to like a politician again. And it helps that he's also had similar niche desi millenial experiences, I still can't believe that him being a Swet Shop Boys reply guy back in the day has got us here.

Not sure how I feel about Earps holding a then-21 year old's actions (which we still don't know anything about!) against her and not wanting her to get a second chance, when Earps was reinvented by the second chance she got at an international career.
Mary Earps has criticised Sarina Wiegman’s handling of the process of deciding England’s No 1 goalkeeper in her new autobiography.
