UK Gov is challenging Craig Murray’s judicial review of its proscription of Palestine Action under the Terrorism Act, on 12 Jan. arguing that the matter will be decided in an English Court and also apply in Scotland. It is time to remind Scots that Westminster is not the source of law in Scotland.
