One of the things about #boardgames that I've been trying to do better about is painting miniatures for the biggest games I have. I've definitely got a long way to go and lots of improvements to learn, but for someone painting for less than a year, I'm pretty damn proud. #AeonTrespassOdyssey

So far I've done Hekaton, the Argo, all four starting Titans, and I'm now finishing up the Hermesian Pursuer. I had a lot of fun with blending the wings. I figured they should be the centerpiece anyways.

It's been a rough year for me, I won't lie. Unemployment since February has been real hard and literally no real prospects to keep my livelihood going due to health issues. So to keep my sanity and do literally anything to feel productive and feel positive about something, I started painting #minis

Taking the opportunity in #StreetMasters #boardgames to play characters I've not really had the opportunity to try and doing their story too. This time is Mary Anne. Her whole schtick around manipulating loot crates is interesting, but I'm not sure it's a hit with me. But I can say I tried?

Been a while since I bought #StreetMasters retail box #boardgame. Enjoyed it but was a little dismayed at the lack of content. This was years ago when Blacklist was failing and the expansions became next to impossible to get. So I just shelved it and moved on.

For those that know, this is an utter pain. It's so difficult to take this sharp corner. But don't take that as a complaint. It's amazing to have the variety. I'm not a big fan of sports or racing but this game does the theme really well.

I must admit it is a little disappointing to get your board game expansion after waiting after crowdfunding and you have a super visible typo three words in on the TITLE OF THE GAME!
Does this impact my playing? Probs not.
But it makes me wary that there are some other bigger issues lurking unseen.

After installing some LED lights in my game room, I really quickly realized that it was not nearly bright enough to play most games on the table with the lights on their own. However, one game works fabulously and the colors pop as a result.

Been a long while since we've been able to play, but tonight, my partner and I played a round of Canvas, with all of the add-ons. Took a bit to remember the strategy, but in the end, I lost 39-45. It all came down to her Signature Style and me not being able to swipe a frame from her at the end.

My #boardgame for the evening is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The Board Game by Awaken Realms. Currently playing through the campaign and it didn't take long for me to get in over my head and suffer my first loss. No amount of sneaking around would have prevented my Stalker from finding this Poltergeist.

Listen, I'm a millennial kid. Pokemon was basically a way of life. So when I got the opportunity to play arguably the closest thing to a Pokemon game I could, I jumped on it so fast. Awaken Realms out forth their #DragonEclipse and my heart squealed. Sure, it may look different, but the soul's there

Second time playing The Elder Scrolls Betrayal of the Second Era solo, and things got kind of crazy. Simply trying to break a guy out for the Thieves Guild. And immediately upon entering the area, I was able to hide away to avoid danger right away. Got to a series of filled jail cells.
