I really like this post because it serves as a reminder that there is no single definition of “healthy weight.” Instead of depending solely on generic chart or internet suggestions, it’s critical to take individual considerations and speak with medical professionals. @beh353
What is a healthy weight? The answer is different for everyone. But it's important to know what a healthy weight is for you. And talk to your healthcare professional about your weight goals. #WomensHealthyWeight #healthyweight #weight www.womenshealth.gov/healthy-weight

What stands out to me when reading nutrition is source credibility. I always look for peer-reviewed studies and proper citations. A big red flag: “Miracle” claims, losing 10 pounds in a week just by eating one food- sounds too good to be true. Sticking to evidence- I can trust. @beh353.bsky.social

I'm Jisnelle, a third-year Health Sciences major! Taking this course to learn how eating affects overall health & prevents illness. Curious: how do different diets impact long-term gut health & immunity? Healthy eating = balance. Wings are my fave! 🍗 @jazzy15-03.bsky.social
