I like the Star Allies model, but it feels more like "Marx isn't even pretending to not be evil anymore"
He regularly shows his fangs, his eyes are less "innocent I'm just a little guy" and huge compared to Super Star.
Like he realizes there's no use hiding his true gremlin nature post-Super Star.

I like the Star Allies model, but it feels more like "Marx isn't even pretending to not be evil anymore"

The bread shoes are more accurate to the Super Star artwork but I think taking notes from his winged form's shoes works out better into translating him to 3D.

I know this comment is 3 months old and I'm only seeing it cause the qrt but both Susie and Haltmann have bitcrushed voices in Planet Robobot so I think the answer is that they're at least robot adjacent. Their early designs have them look more like gray aliens.
