Rex the Runt. This turn of the century Aardman Animation series remains niche, but the wacky jokes and strong character writing are superb.

Yeah defo. This franchise is treated so oddly in general, and I’m guessing the long development of this entry might have caused some animosity along the way, but jeez, they’re all on the same team at the end of the day.

Honestly the marketing campaign for this has been dreadful?? It’s like they purposely tried to sabotage any chance of this doing well, with the little amount of press they did. Like why didn’t they have a dedicated direct for it, but Kirby Kart did (twice!).

And I’ll do it again next year! :p

Banana Fish not having a home release outside of Japan, other than through Amazon, is such a problem. I would look to pick up the Japanese releases but they’re just so expensive & no Eng subs.

I hope some distributors takes a view of what is happening & attempts to license it.
