I miss my girl man. We still have to cover her emergency vet bill even though we left heartbroken.

I'm loving the authentic discourse about weighted blankets. I had wanted one well before I got diagnosed. Husband got me right as a birthday gift last year.

This the one!! For me it's grounding during a PTSD episode (I'm still learning as I'm newly diagnosed).

I used to have a weighted rice glove for both my kids especially my daughter since she was barely over 5 lbs at birth.

And now here I am a MH mess and sleeping under my weighted blanket daily. And it stays there cuz it's too dangum heavy to move lol

But if you REALLY wanna be cool, you gotta have one for every season and in different colors lol.

Unless you live in Texas (like me) then you only need 2 - one for the summer and one for the potential death freeze that now happens once a year lol

For those of us who are chronically anxious or have bipolar disorder there is no break from using a weighted blanket lol.

Y'all got em cuz it was "cool". My husband got mine because it saves my life daily.

My intuition has ALWAYS been spot on even when it looks like I'm even slightly wrong about stuff.

But folks don't listen so I move on. I won't gloat. So when it all comes full circle all I can do is 🤷🏾‍♀️ and keep it moving.
