Main actor syndrome: Claudia looked at the camera and said ‘You are the secret traitor’ I instantly thought it was like Noel’s house party with camera in the house and she was talking to ME. I panicked what I’d been saying or doing previously and then a split second later realised I was ridiculous 🤣

Decided not to visit friends for NY as tentatively planned. Was trying to balance the ‘it’s genuinely good and replenishing to see favourite peeps and often the best help when in a ⬇️’ with ‘it’s exhausting and depleting’. Instead I’ll cook some nice food, gentle walks, probably cry and rest.

Not to be dramatic, but am in a complete emotional and physical stupor. The system has run out of fuel and pulled the emergency shutdown lever.

My lovely old manager has retired and I met with my new boss today and it went v badly 😢 and now I’m crying in the car outside my house because my mum is visiting and this is not something I want to talk to her about. Phoned my brother though. That helped some. Sad 😢

Hospital dream again later night. Crazy that’s it’s been 5 years since last admission and yet my brain regularly decides to section me. I know trauma and all that but it’s wild that I feel like I’ve just been discharged and in that settling back into society period.
