Actually, libby is just the nonprofit version of not owning your own books- they rent per use to the library, for quite a bit of money :(

Will he order local cops to start arresting these thugs?
Banning books would involve them trying to get them removed from libraries and from publication. It is not choosing to not include them in their LIMITED collection.
