While their GDP in terms of $ is laughable, they are pretty self-reliant and the police state will ensure no protest grows too much. Even large GDP drops will not make it implode.
The good news is that they will also not have the resources to push forward, eventually they need to stop.

That's true, we can't compare states directly.
But this could happen:
- States that relax vaccination schedule show much worse outcomes.
- States that do not relax not much so.
- The timing of the decline closely relates to when each state changed protocol

If some states enforce stricter guidance than the federal guidance while others follow this nonsense we may end up with one of history's biggest and most macabre efficacy trial.

if Ukraine's sea babies would work on this other environment, this is a win-win. Taiwan would make it more expensive for China to try anything. The company making them can price them as best in class, and use all that money to expand the tech to further leapfrog Russia's Black Sea presence.
