I’ve been translating Russian and crunching oil refinery numbers today.
Ukrainian refinery attacks, have passed a critical threshold in their effect on distillate production (diesel, etc.) for domestic use.
By my estimate, Russia is looking at a 35-40% SHORTFALL in production vs consumption.
