I realized recently that Rest is one of the most radical things I can allow myself these days.

Let your body recharge as it needs. Tend to yourself like a seed that needs water. Find your language of #rest and look for ways to participate in it daily #wellness #balance

Pay attention to how you feel after you hang out with certain people - your intuition may be telling you something about that person/group. You might just be picking up on other people’s energies if you leave feeling insecure.

Just be aware and protect your energy accordingly

Today is a day of limited time, money, or resources. It’s a great day to revisit the task that might support each of these- especially the one that moves you toward your dreams. Spirit is saying it’s “perfect timing” to start again and complete it.
