OK thanks. That’s what I figured. I’ll let you know how I go with it. We’ve got a new workload allocation policy so it will be very interesting to see if I spend the amount of time on things that I am supposed to under the policy. I expect I will do be doing far more than I should!

Thanks Brendan. I’m giving it a go. What do you do with time spent checking/responding to emails? Each email might only take 2 mins and could be about anything but I might spend an hour at a time going through them all
