For this #FossilFriday, here’s a snapshot of the skull of Sarcosuchus imperator, a giant #crocodile from the Early #Cretaceous of Africa (with me for scale). It grew up to 9.5 metres long, making it one of the largest crocodile-line archosaurs to have ever existed 🐊
