Re Trump mail ballot EO, there is this: "but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators". Don't Ds have to watch out for R House and Senate to do the ban? There is no way Trump will allow Ds to win in '26 and '28.

Yesterday, @pbsnews.org highlighted difference in how @democraticredistricting.com should take on Trump. Not wild about Capehart's politics, but agree w/him on Newsom: fight fire with fire IF Texas moves ahead. Brooks fears violating norms. You don't beat Trump playing nicety-nice.

So isn't the scenario this: Trump's DOJ gets Maxwell to "verify" D involvement with Epstein, and to "verify" that Trump was not involved? Then MAGA gets what they want to hear - and Trump walks off into the sunset, again, grinning, a free man?

Isn't it this: Maxwell pardon for selective first-hand evidence that Ds were involved with Epstein, not Trump?

If Maxwell excises Trump's involvement, What's the counter to that? With her, doesn't Trump have the advantage - she names only Democrats, and not Trump and Rs?

Fighting for America, yeah, but opposition noise is flailing. No smart, strategic messaging on the BBB. Permanent tax cuts for rich, paid by cutbacks on programs for everyone else and, btw, adding 3 trillion to national debt. A nutshell, not a laundry list.

NYC Mayor race: The "all politics is local" mantra is helpful here. Demo socialist works in NYC, especially a nice looking guy versus a highly flawed Cuomo. But the question remains: Can a demo socialist win swing voters in swing states?

Elected Ds interviewed thus far are hardly inspiring: Seemingly critical of Trump's bombing, & whiny about not being consulted, &, oh, by the way, "we applaud our military for what they did."

How do jets originate from disks ("a dense disk...channels gas into jet-like outflows? Are jets from poles, and disks from "equators" so there's a perpendicular effect? "Jet-like" presumably means nebula with distinct direction, v. straight lines.

Re uncertain legacy: Had he stuck to 1 term, Biden would have been ranked high by history. Instead, we got his Hubris, Trump & probably the end of Democracy. Is Trump really going to allow Ds to win White House in '28? We're advised not dwell on Biden, but why? Bigger problem is D incompetence.

Poetic expression for sure. If star explodes, sending "dust" outward, presumably that's counter to gravity so don't understand "etched by gravity's hand" reference. Looks like explosion outward came from twin points, not from a spherical blowout, hence butterfly splendor wing effect?

On books, a good topic: The extended logic of the question is what, to ban libraries? Does an author write to make money or to share stories/research/thinking with a wider world? Used books are also a great form of recycling (and sharing).
