#GBBO what a train crash of a technical challenge, all because the bakers weren't given enough time. You can see how disappointed and frustrated the bakers were. Don't set them up to fail!

Getting to grips with my first history essay of the new term. The subject is William Molyneux, a 17th-century barrister, MP, scientist, and writer of The Case of Ireland (nope, me neither).Very interesting man living in very interesting times in Irelands history.

Just finished reading "Say Nothing" by Patrick Radden Keefe. A story of The Troubles in Northern Ireland told through the lives of three women: the Price Sisters and Jean MaConville. Riveting reading.
