Today is the first Give a Fat Thanks for Giving Dinner and I have been cooking for 24 hours. But I am on sked and that's a fact, Jack. Prepare for food photos.

Made the greens so they can soak for maximum FLAVA. The pot likker is delish. Turkey is already thawing and doing the onion tart today and freezing. Maybe same for the pumpkin pie. (Preparing for two holiday dinners.)

Skirt steak fajitas with homemade corn tortillas.
