Well, seeing as corruption is a pillar of the GOP caucus it certainly makes sense that the House leader opposes anti-corruption legislation.

I appreciate everyone's concern and want for the initiation of this process. However, since it would require the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet to declare the President unable to discharge their duties, transferring power...good luck with that.
