I hate the library trope (shush) used in the GEICO commercial. Clearly made by someone who hasn't visited a library in their adulthood. They should go. Libraries can be vibrant.

Drove from Iowa to Vermont via Canada. The two days north of the border were pleasantly void of political signs. That said, Vermont, you are awesome. NY State - what's wrong with you?

Invoice for parts at a local manufacturing company said the parts were "Proudly Made in America" and just below that was a surcharge "to cover tariffs"

Our jr. senator has publicly stated that she figures we're going to die anyway. So to paraphrase Scrooge, we should get on with it and decrease the surplus population. Joni hates Iowans.
Call your reps - Ds and Rs - and tell them to publicly demand the resignation/firing of RFK, Jr. Tell them if you die of COVID, they will personally be responsible if they don't do something about this.
