until then, i would have assumed we were saying, "you're not allowed to use agents for this assignment, since you need to learn the fundamentals so you can do stuff agents can't do" … is that not true, or is it taken for granted that everyone is doing so anyway?

i struggled for the last three days on a coding problem, used every agent, finally had to ask a person skilled in the area and they solved it in like 4 minutes

i don't really see how that is possible, are you sayiing with today's coding agents or you think that in the next ~year the coding agents will be so good to enable this? b/c i'm thinking the TAs in 2-3 years are students basically right now
