Our sweet Gus turns 16 this year. He’s mostly deaf and nearly blind, has very little patience for being groomed and can only go for short walks on a good day but he’s hanging in there. I know we won’t have him much longer so I’m spending extra time giving bum scritches and ear rubs. #dogsky #aussie

So my mum left me a pretty extensive library after she moved out of state and downsized. She is partial to British authors and mysteries. I’m gradually making my way through them all. Currently reading this beauty, copyright 1942. I love the smell of old books. #booksky
