I’ve been in a-fib all day. My heart rate has been 145. I have a Kardia device that I can check it. In the past, there was nothing the hospital could do about it other than the shock option. I am waiting it out to see if it goes back to normal on it’s own.

I was at a private event tonight. A guy came around telling us that LA won. I responded that I wanted Toronto to win. Everyone in hearing distance chimes in to say they agree. It was like no one felt comfortable saying it, then when I said it, everyone agreed.

I don't know what this means, but I'm the one who wrote a fully updated, 624-page hurricane response plan at FEMA that took over 2 years of work and careful coordination among state and federal agencies. He could start by studying that.

These great and vast "discoveries" and "inventions" across the world resulted in the trade of goods and ideas for all. The US was built on this premise. The Republican talking heads/elected officials don't give a shit about any of us. It's all about their power and wealth. Until the majority of Americans realize this, the country will continue to spiral down until it is too late. I fear it is too late.
