I’m guessing the president is asking the families of these victims to come forward and file an official complaint to him, so he can lead the charge. The problem is that these people are very unlikely file any official complaints.

This WaPo editorial presents a misleading revisionist history of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s criminal cases against Trump.

Then it has the gall to compare that to Trump’s overt targeting of his perceived enemies.

Really embarrassing stuff.

But the mere fact that a legal tool might be available does not mean it should be used. The
current rage over Grassley's revelation shows why. Smith showed little restraint in his pursuit of a former president. He charged Trump for official acts he took as president. He sought a gag order to limit Trump's ability to criticize the prosecution. He tried to accelerate the case to try a leading presidential candidate before the 2024 election.

Oh, I’m specifically wondering who piloted these Black Hawks, as I’m pretty sure the ICE did not pilot them. The FBI does have at least six Black Hawks used under their HRT (Hostage Rescue Team) but are rarely seen deployed.

The “military” has been in the streets for decades. All the cops are dressed like them, wearing the same gear, the same Humvees, and armored vehicles.

If not for a small patch, I for one can’t tell ICE from national guardsmen (one is less armed, I heard.)
