Reminder: the First Amendment protects everyone who resides in our country. It doesn't matter if you have a green card or a visa or if you're undocumented. The Supreme Court has repeatedly affirmed that any person residing in the United States, regardless of status, is entitled to 1A protections.

I’m so tired of the gaslighting. They paused all federal spending and Medicaid portals shut down conveniently that same day. They say “oh that’s not our fault, we weren’t talking about Medicaid,” and try to paint us like we’re fear mongering. This is psychological warfare.

All I got to say is, now more than ever is not the time for divisive I told you so. It’s important for us to unify. And for people who are MAGA who are either waking up or will wake up, I want to be there for them and accept them. People changing their minds is a good thing. I know not everyone can.
