Russian sources confirm a drone strike on the Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery in Samara Oblast overnight. At least ten explosions were heard, and large fires were seen at the Rosneft-owned site. Videos from the scene show flames lighting up the night sky, shortly after a drone alert across was issued.
