@cosrh.org has produced a statement on use of GLP-1s & contraception:
- Use contraception
- Add non-oral method for 4 weeks after start or dose increase of TIRZEPATIDE (but not other GLP-1s)
- Follow existing guidance for severe diarrhoea/vomiting

A letter in the @pharmaj.bsky.social notes the risk of mis-selection now that there are two posaconazole suspension: 30mg/mL gastro-resistant and 40mg/mL plain, which are not interchangeable. What is worse is that there are generics of 40mg/mL, so risk is unlikely to be short-term.

#BBCNews reports @uniofsurrey.bsky.social developed a label that changes colour to flag if a product has been stored above the recommended temperature. If it tracks amount of time, not just max temp, this could be game-changing for drug storage/stability.
