The Veil Nebula, a large supernova remnant approximately 2,600 light-years away. It is the result of a massive star's explosion that occurred between 5,000 and 10,000 years ago, creating intricate structures of gas and dust that can be observed in various wavelengths of light

Been waiting a long while to catch one of the Comets currently passing through our Solar System.
Eventually I had enough of a break in the cloud to get a few images of C/2025 A6 Lemmon with my Unistellar EV1 Scope.

Did the Republicans have hearings on the Government trying to supress Twitter stories?
Surely not, because that would be an insane hypocrisy.
I must be mistaken.

Has Trumps attacks on Boats with no due process in International waters just set a dangerous precedent?

What is now stopping other countries from blowing up American civilian yachts or boats in international waters.

When you are walking down the street or driving your car take a look around you. Do you see people actually doing anything other than getting on with their lives?
I tell you what I don't see, I do not see what all of these online Conspiracy people are talking about.
Look around you and re-evaluate

While I absolutely and without question condemn the shooting of Charlie Kirk I will say this.
The right wing have a history of blaming all of these political shootings on the left when nearly all of the recent attacks have been committed by Republican supporters. Are they living in this reality?

Oh the dreaded 'Unelected Bureaucrats' that Farage complained about so much during the Brexit debacle.
Another sign of the lies that he tells to hoodwink the British Public and con his way to power.
Not democratic and stinks of corruption!

Jeremy Hunt once held position of UK Chancellor of the Exchequer for the Conservatives, yet he used a loophole to buy 7 properties without paying stamp duty!
He never resigned.

Well done Angela for doing the right thing and showing these projecting cry babies how it should be done.

The Former Deputy PM did not pay enough taxes on her new apartment, she did the honourable thing and resigned.
What a refreshing change from the previous years of Boris Johnson's deadly gaffes' and Covid parties with no resignation and just excuses.
Well done Angela

Hey #KierStarmer, the UK should employ all of these experienced US Scientists who are now out of a job, or soon will be.
We could really boost our Sciences and R&D with a massive influx of experience and knowledge. Their loss could be our gain.

After 3 months in Egypt it's time to say goodbye until the Xmas holidays.
I have my residents visa now and can come and go as I please.
It's amazing to live amongst the most amazing Archaeological sites in the world and to be able to just jump in the car and go visit them at any time is a privilege.

Unbelievable results from the scientific study of these pre-dynastic stone vases.
These numbers are astounding and for once, the provenance cannot be questioned. I am very much looking forward to seeing the rest of his results in future episodes and of course his papers,

4500 years later, still the heaviest and most complex construction ever, in my opinion.

The Mysteries of Giza and all of Ancient Egypt is simply captivating.

Let's hope the Ministry of Antiquities makes Giza and other sites more accessible to teams of International Archaeologists.

Some pictures of toolmarks on basalt paving slabs next to the Great Pyramid of Giza. I took these from my trip to Cairo a few days ago. Can copper tools with a hardness of 4 on the Mohs scale cut Basalt with a hardness of 6-7 like we see in these pictures?
You decide.
