The thing is, what’s he got to be scared of? Hegseth won’t demote, Trump can pardon, I can’t see Bondi’s DOJ bringing a case (assuming they have jurisdiction), and I can’t fathom how to court martial a 4-star as a practical matter (or any possibility of conviction from any panel they could convene).
