My job for every holiday meal? Meats. I’m very good at it, too. This year, I’m doing a brisket, of course, because I smoke one hell of a brisket. But these smoked creole butter crispy skin boneless turkey breasts? They’re on a different level, man. *These* are the main event this year.

I pulled this from a pack. Handled it with gloves and immediately shipped for grading. PSA gave it an 8. If that card isn’t a 10, I don’t know what is.
