Jeeze, Gemini Pro 3 (and maybe earlier versions) generated a custom workout file for me to use in Zwift

(I suppose it's unsurprising that it can do this since it can generate normal code, but it guided me through the process after I just asked it a simple question initially)

I really appreciate this post, thanks for sharing... I feel like this is some really important context that I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere
Over the past decade, people in the community, not just Shopify employees, started to conclude that rubygems and bundler were being monetized by some key maintainers. To be clear, I’m not trying to convince anyone that this was actually the case. Some of that dirty laundry that has been an open secret among the Ruby maintainers’ community for a long time has recently been aired out, and I suspect there’s more to come. You are free to form your own opinion on the topic if you so wish.

Guess WBN figured out how to handle the fare increase on the employee passes, which is to require holders to re-up at the new rate immediately.

Your QuickTicket will expire this month. As stated in our previous communications our new rate is $50/year. Unlike your WBN membership, which is set up on auto renewal, you need to re-enroll at the $50 rate to keep your QuickTicket active. You will go here to re-enroll at the new rate and select the amount that corresponds to the number of passes you have ($50 per card). You will have until the last day of October to re-enroll. After that time, if you haven’t, a block will be placed on your card.

Sad news from Nashville Shakespeare... having to drop a production due to austerity (both from NEA and metro arts) 😢

Dear Friends, We are writing to share some difficult news that impacts not only our company, but the Nashville arts community as a whole. This week, we learned that Metro Arts will not be awarding The Nashville Shakespeare Festival any funding in this year’s grant cycle. We are one of sixteen local arts organizations affected by this sudden shortfall. This decision is incredibly destabilizing for us. To give you a sense of the challenge: in just two years, our Metro Arts funding has dropped from $117,000 to $39,000 and now to $0. As a medium-sized organization already facing cuts from other funders, including the NEA, this is yet another significant blow. Because of this unexpected loss, we are heartbroken to share that we will need to postpone our spring production, the regional premiere of A Room In The Castle by Lauren Gunderson, to our 2026 -2027 Season. This production was to be a key step in growing our season programming from three to four shows a year—a leap forward in our mission to serve Nashville audiences and employ even more local artists. Postponing means we cannot offer contracts to the 14 actors and creative artists who were counting on work this year.

I mostly did it because of investment reasons, business reasons. But yeah, I don’t know. I feel like I regretted my vote. I feel like even though my specific investment in cryptocurrency is doing good overall, he has ruined the cryptocurrency market for a lot of cryptocurrencies. A lot of these rich people are just pumping-and-dumping stuff, coming out with tokens. And this is not really what I voted for. I just wanted him to do good with business, the economy. With tariffs, I didn’t know the tariffs were going to be this extreme. That’s not helping anything out at all.
