I think this “not destroyed” rhetoric is propaganda to provoke Trump into going to war. Let’s take the win. “Yay destroyed, done and done”. They never had a nuke in the first place.

The Republican budget bill includes a 10-year federal moratorium preventing states from enacting any laws regulating artificial intelligence. States would not be able to stop AI from denying health insurance or firing employees or protect kids from addictive algorithms.

Yet, in the US, we have a very high rate of childhood poverty and a broken child care system.
