Had a rough time with the first set of 130x3x4, so we bumped it down to 3 reps for the other two sets. It was a fight, but I made it. Think I might be dehydrated today, will have to make sure to drink more water from now on.

Today’s a deload day for benches, so I used the 135x3x6 as an opportunity to take some gnarly pauses in my form. Still no problem.
