Thanks for the heads up that Goose The Dog's album isn't any good. I really liked the single, but I'll wait until I can get it through BMG.

Same. I'm stuck contacting my apathetic State Rep to say "Please don't disenfranchise me further."

The album was delivered yesterday, been excited for the chance to listen to it this afternoon.

First song after the overture, I'm thinking "Interesting vocal effect John's using on this song. Oh, on the second song too?"

Starting over after putting on my readers and checking the playback speed.

This seems unnecessary.

This was in a time that hasn't existed since where the initial Star Wars enthusiasm had died off, and they were just figuring out that there was still a market there. I think the Zahn books were in progress.

The point was I was a niche nerd, but 100% certain that I was right and he was wrong.

I joined the school Academic Team my 8th grade year (mid-90s). Went to a meet at another school and the moderator asked "What weapon does Darth Vader use?"

I hit the buzzer, "Lightsaber!"

"Incorrect." Some shithead on the other team said "Lazer Sword" and got awarded the point.

Such bullshit.

The robots in Impossible Mission on C64 gave me a nightmare that I still remember 40 years on.

With new members, like Michael Stipe (annunciating) and Peter Buck (mandolin).

TIL that John Moe will sometimes recognize that REM made any albums after 1989.

There is a connection between driver, cart, and success, which I refuse to acknowledge. Cow in tiny car, please.
