This is the Monster that Murdered an Innocent woman in cold blood and then prevented doctors (WHO WERE ALREADY ON SCENE) from helping her. He shot her in the head 4 times, taking her life. Scum like this. Deserve worse than death. May he be found and brought to justice 🙏🏽
