We’ve seen the benefits of the Foundry model in Squamish, and I’m thrilled we were able to secure funding for Foundry Pemberton. This kind of ‘no-wrong-door’ wrap-around support is foundational to the BC Greens’ approach to wellness.

The BC Greens support made-in-B.C. solutions and renewable energy that power our communities—not multinational fossil fuel corporations.

Nearly half the power from Site C is being earmarked for the Ksi Lisims LNG project at an undisclosed cost to BC Hydro ratepayers. Minister Dix wants British Columbians to be happy about it.

We can move people from crisis to stability by addressing homelessness with sustained investment, strong partnerships and a clear commitment to dignity. This type of investment helps all British Columbians, and we will keep fighting to ensure no one is left behind.

“BC’s climate progress, as outlined in this report, echoes much of the work the BC Greens have long argued for. The failing grades show that implementing the CleanBC review recommendations are the bare minimum, and so much more needs to be done," said Valeriote.
