Judge William Alsup ruled today that OPM firing Probationary Federal Workers IS ILLEGAL.
He rules that the departments, themselves, can hire & fire, but OPM “does not have any authority under any statute in the history of the universe to hire & fire employees at another agency.” 👏 Fight ✊ Back!
