If a state doesn't send electors, that doesn't actually stop the election, it just reduces the number of electoral votes needed for a majority, so red states doing this would have to be idiots, since it would guarantee a GOP loss.
Yes, states are in charge of elections, but you don’t think some republican led-states are going to attempt to do something? Just like they did with the alternative slate of electors, they’re going to try to pressure Trumpy state leaders to cancel some part of election?

Johnson: It is equally inappropriate for ICE agents to just throw teargas out of a window because people are yelling at them. It is unacceptable for ICE agents to go up and threaten to arrest and harm people because they are honking a horn or exercising a protest, that is unacceptable.
