I booked a flight on Frontier Airlines. They charge $40 for a carryon but checking 2 bags is free. So, I manage my bag without any help from frontier and pay $40? It's checked in, tagged, conveyed to another who puts it on a cart, drives it to the plane, gives it to another to load and that's FREE?
